These terms apply when you book a workshop, course or event, or buy from the shop, on this website. This website is run by Julie, trading as 3MindBodyYoga. You can reach us through our contact page.
Weekly classes at Meadowside Leisure Centre and Branston Golf & Country Club are booked directly with those venues, so their own terms apply. Retreats may have their own terms, which we will give you before you book.
To cancel, please use our contact page. We will refund you using your original payment method. Because bookings are for a specific date, the 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply to them.
If we have to cancel a workshop, course or event, you will get a full refund of what you paid for it. If we need to make a significant change, such as to the date or venue, we will tell you as soon as we can, and you can choose a full refund if the change does not suit you.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. You can cancel an order for goods within 14 days of receiving them, unless they were made to your specification or personalised. Please contact us through our contact page. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you will need to pay to return it. Your legal rights if goods are faulty are not affected.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
We will only include you in photos we share on our website or social media if you have told us you are happy with this. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are the ones shown when you booked or ordered. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
